It’s usually around this time of year that people start thinking about summer, and getting healthy and ready for the shorter clothing and swimwear.
One of the most frequent questions we get asked about healthy eating is which breakfast cereal is healthy? Unfortunately it comes as a great shock to most that breakfast cereals are packed full of sugar, and not just the more obvious suspects!
The great news is there is always a healthier alternative, and Miss Gee’s granola is a perfect substitute for any sugary cereal, or as a tasty snack with yoghurt. It’s just as delicious, minus the sugar and plus all the health benefits.
